All tickets must be booked online in advance. It is not possible to buy tickets at the gate.

Please be kind to our local neighbourhood Ohana! For the duration of the event vehicles are prohibited from parking on Court Lane. The road will be marshalled and anyone found to be parking on the restricted highway will be liable to be issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice or your vehicle may be towed away.


Entry Tickets

Individual competitors (with accreditation) do not need to pay an entry fee. Your ID card will be used as your entry. Competitors do need to pay for parking.
Tickets are only valid when accompanied by competitor accreditation. Competitors will be required to show accreditation at the gate.

Closing Party

The 2022 Closing Party is the place where all competitors, volunteers, officials and supporters can join together for fun and celebration! This year's party is held at the prestigious Windsor Racecourse on August 16 from 7:30 pm to 12 pm. A not-to-be missed wrap up to the world competition. There are limited tickets available so please ensure you book early to avoid disappointment.

Full Day Volunteering (Parking and Entry)

If you are volunteering for a full day, please select the day in which you are volunteering. This ticket will be scanned for both parking and entry.

Parking for Competitors (Car: Up to 5 passengers)

We encourage all competitors to car pool, or join up with friends and family to use as few vehicles as possible. To be eligible for competitor parking, the ticket must be in the name of the accredited competitor who will be in the car. Competitors will be required to show accreditation at the gate.
